PMU Statement on the London BombingsThe Progressive Muslim Union of North America (PMU) categorically condemns the terrorist attacks in London of July 7. We mourn the loss of life and injury there as we do everywhere around the world. We offer our condolences and prayers to the families and loved ones of all those affected by this brutal attack.
These vicious crimes are completely contrary to every element of Islamic principles and morality, and offend the conscience of all humanity. Terrorism, and the use of violence against civilians, is never acceptable under any circumstances, no matter who the perpetrators or the victims might be.

That's it. No ifs. No buts. No what ifs. None of my usual devil's advocate discussion. As someone who has often said, "Where are the moderate Muslims?", I feel a duty to applaud them when they make their voices heard.
Good for them!
Now we need to test their basic loyalties, which under the circumstances, must be considered suspect. Are they willing to spy on their fellow Muslims in this war against islamo-fascist terrorism? Can we trust them to serve in the US armed forces and not roll live grenades into the officer's tents? Are they willing to rat out their co-religionists to the FBI and other authorities?
They are either with us totally and are in position to prove it, or we should never trust them even enough to board a aircraft with any of them, or to let them carry packages into subway trains and stations.
Or remain at large outside the strict surveillance of our police and security authorities.
And if that loyalty cannot be guaranteed, then they should in fact be removed from our society or any other that wishes to protect itself from terrorist cells of islamic origin.
What? You say there are too many of them? That many of them are african Americans? That american citizens cannot be expelled because of constitutional guarantees?
In that case, I would remind that like Russia, this is a great big broad land with lots of open spaces, and enough room for a truly american Gulag archipelago. One that will provide fine equal employment opportunities for jobs as guards and camp administrators. In the event that our inability to deal with islamic terrorists hiding in islamic communities around this country compels this country to employ real police state methods to protect the non-islamic majority of our citizens.
Because when push comes to shove, I want America defended, even if it means treating these people the hard way. I would say the same, no matter who threatened us; Japs, Germans, Russians, southern secessionists, american Indians. Even British loyalists, if this were 1776.

Political Correctness will destroy us unless we destroy it. Any lawyer who plays the "race card", invokes "multi-cultural relativism", the "Twinkie defense", or any other such nonsense in order to let off a rapist, terrorist, or other murderer must be automatically, immediately, and permanently disbarred. We must enact tough laws and appoint tough judges to enforce this. Terrorism is neither an ordinary crime nor a legitimate act of war but a war crime like genocide, and must be prosecuted as such. Generally, terrorists should not be prosecuted at all but simply killed on the spot, as our noble soldiers executed SS thugs when they liberated Dachau. Thinking about that heroic act of justice makes me proud to be an American.
Political Correctness will destroy us unless we destroy it. Every state should appoint a legislative committee to investigate subversive influences in tax-supported universities and schools. Any teacher found indoctrinating his or her students with "multi-cultural relativism", "post-modernism", "de-constructionism", or other doctrines destructive of American and Western values must be fired. In the universities, professors preaching such subversive doctrines must either be fired or else balanced out with a professor in the same department of opposite ideological leanings, e.g., traditional Christian or Objectivist. That way, we would have diversity in the English rather than Newspeak meaning of the word.
Political Correctness will destroy us unless we destroy it. We are at War, within and without, for the very survival of America, of all that is left of the high culture of the West, of freedom. We must fight to win.
