I've never seen Bill O'Reilly lie or misrepresent the facts so I have no problem with his credibility. Additionally, as it is a TV show speeches and such must be edited for space - there's nothing wrong with this and it's accepted. So, unless you're accusing Bill O'Reilly of the same kind of editing tricks as, say, Michael Moore I don't see any reason to not trust O'Reilly's representation of what Ward Churchill said and its context.
