Un-F***ing Believable Moment of History

Oh. My. God. Kim Jong Il was apprently so offended by Team America: World Police--a movie in which he is portrayed as a cocroach from outer space--that he felt the need to answer Trey Parker and Matt Stone with a video of his own.

You think I'm kidding? Click here to watch the video.

Is this unbelievable or what? Sean Kinsell, an American living in Japan, tells me that the subtitles are Japanese. Japanese! Just so that the only people in the Pacific Rim (other than the Taiwanese) who have free speech, free press, and free elections will be able to appreciate it.

I especially like the Bush/Chimp morph. I'm sure the scumbags at Daily Kos will view this as a great recruiting video.

Imagine this: in 1943, the Three Strooges release a film called "The Nutzies," in which Moe Howard wears a Hitler mustache and haircut, and Hitler is so offended he releases his own filmed response.

Seriously, is this an amazing moment in early 21st-century history or what?

F**kin' USA!

The production values are subpar and the lyrics are uninspired. I'm sure many a Bush-hater will adore it.

At least it could have had a puppet. I mean, come on, why can't they show us how to do it right?

Man,that song was awesome. F'n USA! I love how the lyrics of an anti-American song decry their lack of free speach. A delicious touch, Glorious Leader, you shite.

Unfortunately I'm unable to download.

However, I think after J. Danforth Quayle lost the debate with a fictional TV character you'd think leaders would think twice about dueling with satirists, especially the creators of SouthPark.

ROTFLMAO! Coming next: a university here in the US offers Kim Jong Il a position as professor of cinema studies...

The Kos crowd will eat this up. Even better (from their point of view) than Lord Pork Pork's portrayals. Propaganda straight from the head Com-rat himself.

Hitler doing a "3 Stooges" of his own? Deliberately I mean? (Other, that is, than the famous "blond as Hitler, tall as Goebbels, slim as Goering" "Aryan" ideal.) If he'd that degree of a sense of humor, he wouldn't have been who he was. "The Nutzies" indeed. (The Ratzis I also call them.)

Dean -

That video is several years old. It's release predates Team America.

It's still incredible that this is their idea of good anti-Americanism. Perhaps Mr. Moore and the other members of F.A.G. should go to North Korea and give them some pointers on what quality anti-Americanism looks like.

Yeah, I blogged about it sometime last year (prior to Team America), I believe. And I'm not sure it was fresh when I did. Hey, maybe Parker and Stone saw it and were inspired.

Besides, Kim is so nutty that nothing really surprises me.
And Kim has this thing about directing. Hitler would have preferred a painting.
