Bush Travels

Apparently, Bush was a big hit in his recent visit to Georgia. (That would be the nation of Georgia, near Russia, and not the American state of the same name).

Ever notice the Georgian flag? It looks just like this:

I'm really not sure why Bush is being so nice to people whose government is so obviously on a slippery slope toward a crushing and oppressive theocracy.

No word on whether he plans to visit Greece:

Let's hope not. A nation whose leaders are so obviously on the slippery slope toward a crushing theocracy should not be encouraged in any way...

I think Bush would be a big hit in the state of Georgia too.

I like the design of the Greek flag. I associate both colors with that Mediterranean country.

And since we're talking flags, how about the World Flag Database, eh? It's one of those sites on the web that I don't need often but when I do, I'm glad it's there.

It's also fun to just browse.
