What Do You Do When You Have Trouble With A 5 Year Old In A School Bus?

Why, of course, you use two officers to handcuff him..

But what else can they do? If the bus driver tried to do anything, the parents of the child would sue the school system....

Somehow, back when corporal punishment was considered perfectly normal, we never had these incidents. And we all turned out (mostly) fine. Why is this so hard to figure out?

How do you restrain a child until the cops come at the same time the kid is hiding under the seat?

It was said on the link you provided. I would like an answer to that one. I KNOW how close to the floor bus seats are, I want to know how a grown adult "RESTRAINED" a child while they were 'under the seat'. This defies any logic of which I am aware.

Also, where is the part about the parent being upset their child was misbehaving so badly the cops had to be called? Oh that's right, no child can be responsible for their OWN actions, it MUST be someone else's fault. I see a theme in this report, and it isn't a pretty one.
