The entirely bi-lateral (equal parts Democrat and Republican) report on the intelligence failures on WMDs in Iraq can be found right here. Thanks to the several of you who forwarded it my way.
I haven't sat down and read the whole thing yet, but I am impressed that, so far as I've seen anyway, there seems to be no witch hunt here, and no scapegoating.
The #1 thing that still disturbs me is the assumption that some people somehow seem to have that there is such a thing as 100% certain intelligence--and that we should not act on a threat to our security unless we have 100% intelligence. Fortunately the commission doesn't seem to have taken such a position either, although some pundits obviously have....
