Human Rights In San Francisco

Eric at Classical Values notes that gays are having to fight for their fundamental human rights again--in San Francisco! Good luck you guys.

Meanwhile, remember that horrible story of the British man who was charged with murder for shooting a burgler who'd broken into his home? Well it looks like the Blair government has finally decided to grant its subjects the fundamental right of self-protection again. Hey, nice to see you Brits finally coming to your senses. At least a little. It really is a human right, you know.

Rights presuppose the right to defend those rights, and therefore to possess the means wherewith to defend those rights.
