If the label for me is "neocon" then I think maybe I'll have it tattooed on my chest.

Wait a minute... Ramsey Clark thinks Saddam Hussein should get a fair trial, in accordance with international and American standards of impartial justice? How dare he!?

Dean - neocons are the JFK-style liberals. Nowadays, they'd be calling Eleanor Roosevelt a neo-con. She was always talking about 'freedom'.

Drew - at what point did Ramsey Clark demand "impartial justice" for the hundreds of thousands who were murdered by Saddam and Milosevic? At what point did Clark ever criticize a totalitarian regime?

Clark has also defended Nazis and Rwandan Hutus who took part in the genocidal slaughter. This pacifist is not objectively pro-fascism, he's directly pro-fascism.

I know. It's a trip, ain't it?

At what point did Clark ever criticize a totalitarian regime?

Uhm, er, uhm... well there was that time uhmm... er....

Oh wait I got it! Look at all those times he criticized AMERICA!!!

Dean, wait. Tattoos are pretty permanent and I'm sure there'll be a new name for "icky people we don'like" that will be coined and you'll be seen as soooo retro. ;)

Ramsey Clark is one of the most despicable totalitarian apologists I have ever heard of. "Unity, Freedom, Socialism"? One of these three doesn't belong. But I always thought Saddam's slogan was "I need a Baath because I stink."

Shocking the way things have flipped about in American politics, eh?

Since the Left has no more political power, they’re spending their time redefining things. Liberals are neo-cons, leftists are liberals, defense of ethnic cleansing =justice, fascism=stability and our American liberal democracy is a totalitarian regime. They still think Orwell’s 1984 is a how-to manual.
