I don't know about Kos, but I've thought the same thing about Michael Moore. Hell, I've thought about doing the same thing myself: write a couple books and film a couple documentaries promoting conspiracy theories that make moderates and right wingers look evil, and then, after I've made my millions, out myself as a member of the group I was criticizing.
It all seems so perfect. Make yourself millions while making the people you disagree with look insane.
The same could be said about Coulter, Limbaugh, O'Really, and Hannity. Surely those yapping grapes and their followers are moles for the left. But more than likely they are just rebels - rebelling against POVERTY $$.
Words are bullshit, only action counts. Look at what our ex-Presidents have done. Carter and Clinton continue to serve the public good.
Bush 41 - well, at least the Carlyle group pays well.
Of course, one could easily look at Carter's/Clinton's actions as attonement for their Presidencies. :-)
Other than some minor blemishes such as rushing to certify questionable elections, pimping for bloodthirsty dictators, and things like that, Carter's good works are well known. But what are Clinton's good works? I heard about the posh lifestyle early on, but I haven't kept up on what he's doing. Can you summarize?
I don't know if you've noticed, but if you add a few letters from Daily Kos and, er, take a few away, you get Karl Rove. The same applies to Sortapundit and Superman. Curiouser and curiouser.
President Clinton established the Clinton HIV/AIDS Initiative and is serving as Co-Chair of the Advisory Board of the International AIDS Trust with former South African President Nelson Mandela and British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
That's just one of many things he's involved directly with. His various foundations are active in community and international outreach.
AIDS and world-wide poverty are seen by many people in the State Department and CIA as one of the greatest, if not THE greatest, threats to national security (not to mention that it completely disrupts the world's economic potential and quality of life for BILLIONS of people.)
I'm not saying that Bush 41 isn't doing anything positive as well, the middle-east oil people seem to like him.
When people tell you "it's not about the oil (or money)", it's about the oil (and the money).
When people tell you "it's not about sex," it's all about sex.
When you someone says "it's not you, it's me," it is YOU and not me.
AND if you tape someone saying, "Daily Kos" several times and then play it *backwards* -- well, I'm sure I don't need to tell anyone here what happens and what it *means*, do I? (wink, wink, nudge, nudge)
Hmmmm, could be true. If so he's a genius. The most encouragment I ever got for my articles was when the readers at the Daily Kos were discussing one, nashing their teeth and wailing (and this is a quote) "Oh no, not another Novak!
After that, I have the energy to go for years.
Daily Kos is another of the nutjob-wingnut moonbat-petri dishes where people with distorted world views pat each other on the back and oppose anything the other side says or does - you know, kinda like the Bush administration or a Gingrich family reunion without the after-dinner inbreeding.
Tim's still suffering from PEST, so he gets cut some slack. You can tell, because instead of actually trotting out arguments, he's resorting to the usual pathetic ad hom's for the President and (just for kicks I guess) his father. When he gets back up to speed, then its worth taking him on. Get Well Soon, Tim.
I figure the perfect justice for Kos was his support and donations for his Kos Dozen (more like fifteen, I believe), Democrat candidates who all accepted his supporters contributions.
Every last one lost, not to mention his favored Presidential candidate. If he's not Karl Rove in disguise, he's still one of the best gifts the Democratic party ever gave to the Right.
Here are some more Rove moles who helped Bush win the election.
Conspiracy theories? Hmmm.... Here's something I've thought about: Some say "Bush = Hitler". Some others call Hillary "Hitlery".
Bush = Hillary?
How often have President Bush and Senator Clinton been seen in the same room together? Hmmm.... After Whittaker Chambers's review of "Atlas Shrugged" in "The National Review", Ayn Rand made a point of never being in the same room with William F. Buckley.
Hmmm.... Rand = Buckley?
And.... BUsh and BUckley both start their last names with the same 2 letters.
Hmmm.... George W. Bush = Hillary Clinton = William F. Buckley = Ayn Rand?
Hmmm.... Many more such theories.... Around and around it goes, where it stops nobody knows....
Yes, I am a cynic. But I'm what you would call a joyous party-boy cynic. In my field, I need proof. I don't care if I'm right or wrong, I just want the truth (and yes, I can handle the truth). Let's put it all on the table and see what comes out.
We live in a highly emotional country where sentiment has had a recent trend of overtaking social progress, but if history has taught us anything, the social conservative model is destined to be replaced with social justice. That is progressive.
The reason I'm so happy is that I know that in our great country, good ultimately triumphs despite minor setbacks (9/11, hurricanes, earthquakes, Bush victories, Limbaugh ratings)...
As an analyst (and analytical person) you'd have to be blind NOT to see what the right tried to do to Clinton. Clinton was and is a great man. He's not perfect nor claims to be, but minor personality flaws don't diminish the greatness of a person.
My only at-the-time policy brief with Clinton was his statements of support for NASA, particularly with the Pathfinder mission ("and it will land next year, on the fourth of July. . . Independence Day" this right after ID4 had come out in theaters), followed by his slashing of NASA's budget. Of course, in hindsight, it seems to be a perfectly acceptable solution, letting private concerns begin to take up space development. At the time, I thought his endeavors against terrorism were sufficient and acceptable. Now, in retrospect, I can see that those same policies led to institutional blindness and the 9/11 attacks. As for his committing a felony while in office, I thought he recieved the perfect punishment, the humiliation of offical censure by impeachment, while remaining in office.
I saw many on the extreme right support whacko conspiracy theories about Clinton (ranging from Vince Foster to drug dealings in the White House), but the much more moderate Republicans detested and publically dismissed these loons. Whereas Bush has had similar lunatics make outrageous claims against him, and they get in the Democratic Primaries and continued to campaign as a member of the Democratic candidates organization. Not quite apples and oranges, its more along the lines of comparing grapes and watermelons.
It all seems so perfect. Make yourself millions while making the people you disagree with look insane.

The main proof of a conspiracy theory is that there is no proof. I'd have thought that you learned this by now.

Are you really as cynical as you sound or is it just another conspiracy?

Ah but the conspiracy theorist always has evidence. Usually lots and lots of evidence.
Connect the dots man! Don't be so naive! You've been brainwashed! Open your eyes!!!!!
