HAIL TO THE KING AND TO THE QUEEN!!!!
The splash my face hit the exercize mat and do my Body Flex Advanced 18 minute full aerobic workout with a woman close to my age, early 50's with a body of a 25 year old, Greer Childers. Her program is outstanding because of the deep breathing and oxygen you bring into your body melts away inches. Many military training camps including the US Airforce Academy in Colorado along with policemen and firemen. What a terrific workout.
Then off to appointments throughout the day and a monday night class on, "Our Journeys", and tapping into your own spiritual gifts we bring to this world.
Stop aat store so exhausted and the joints are aching, dance with Mr. Pips to slow Henry Mancini music then fall back into my Lazy Boy relcliner with my make shift office surrounding it where I use my laptop to read things I enjoy. Television has been non existant for quite sometime, it rattles my mind and just get tiny bits of media bias, with anchormen and women bringing news they think we want to here, doom and gloom and school kids as well as adult gossip!
PBS (not always), The Discovery and History channel at least feeds the brain in a variety of ways and of course, The Animal Planet. I get great news right here in Dean's World and other brain fule blogs. How very nice to come home to read this post. The author of her blog is quite good. I do like her style!
Nice touch Dean from an ole' lady in the Lone Star Stat,
I remember your old bullentin boards and Gary Utter and of course your love for, Spider and Fritz.
Thank you for all the thoughtful posts you give your readers. It is refreshing how you balance things like the arts and science and your love for the sky with all the advancements you are witnessing at such a young age with your wife and son, realizing the marvels of the hopes people like even I had dreamed of as a child. At my age I too am hoping to see in our quest to, "Fly to the moon among the stars for you and I...la la la, la we shall fly."
Boy that link to the writer really lifted me.
Of course we all lose our tempers now and then. Dean freely admits to being imperfect in this regard, which is why regulars to this establishment will generally be cut more slack than people who we don't know very well.
Still: behave like an adult, or go find somewhere else to play. Thanks.
