Pirating Moore
Well, let it never be said that the American Left's very own Leni Riefenstahl isn't generous: he says he doesn't care if people pirate copies of his movies. My guess is that it's because he's already a multimillionaire and doesn't really care if he hurts distributors or movie theater owners.
While watching the pirate copy of what may turn out to be the crypto-fascist Left's very own "Triumph of the Will," (i.e. the pseudo-"documentary" movie that drives them into power based on deception and hatred), you might as well check out the new Fahrenheit Facts weblog, devoted to documenting the many outright fabrications and falsehoods in the movie.

For the life of me... I DON'T SEE THE BIG DEAL ABOUT THIS MOVIE!!
I went to go see it. I thought he made some good points along with his bad points. Damn. Sounds like alot of player hating going on. Don't hate the playa, hate the game. The playa is Michael Moore. The game is Hollywood. Make you own damn movie refuting every Michael Moore point is what I say.
What's that? No! Ya don't say? You dropped the ball on this one righties. He beat you to the punch. Deal with it. Make your own damn movie!!
Another thing. The Michael Moore fat jokes are tired. When I see grown folks (who aren't comedians) calling someone they disagree with fat on a regular basis, it shows your damn immaturity. Grow the hell up...
I see the American street is seething...
I'm not making my own movie, but Michael Wilson is.
Fat jokes are unacceptable -- Paul Begala says so.
Fat jokes are quite acceptable to me. I make fun of my own pot belly all the time.
So, Moore doesn't mind if others steal his work? That is consistent, coming from such an avowed enemy of private property. Reminds me of when Andrea Dworkin said that she didn't mind if the Canadian government bans her books since she believes in censorship.
A main problem with looking for hypocrisy is sooner or later you run into a Savonarola.
And good for Michael Wilson. And I will go see his movie also. I'm a fair man.
S-train: real slick logic: everybody does it, so why complain?
Good Lord forbid we discuss concepts such as honesty, fidelty, and civic responsibility in public these days.
And I have to ask: why should "righties" make a vicious, dishonest, hateful propoganda film about Kerry, or the Democratic Party? Just to balance the books? Two wrongs now make a right?
What planet are you from, anyway?
BTW, even Nader has said Mikey is too fat. Seriously.
That's because Nader is too skinny.
