This Judge Is A REAL Activist (Joe Gandelman)

True-story Smoking Gun document on attempt to remove a judge. (Adult oriented.) The bright side: he wasn't burnt out on his work; he was getting pumped up.

Hey, leave him in office 6 more months and we would have truly had blind justice.

Here come da judge! Here come da judge!

Yeesh... I know a lot of people think judges should be hard on crime, but this isn't what they had in mind.

Maybe he'll get a stiff sentence?

Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if he just greased the right palm and got off pretty quickly.

Really, though, I don't see a problem with it, as long as it doesn't get out of hand . . .

In his defense, the bailiff DID say "All rise."

Yes, he must have given many a stiff sentence. What was his sexual orientation, I wonder?: gynosexual?, androsexual?, bisexual?, omnisexual? What a lewd, wicked, evil, interesting, fascinating man! He sounds like one of my characters. I must strive to be more like him.

What, wasn't this judge aware of the penal code?!
