Damn It

Do you know who Robert Jacob is?

Yeah, I didn't either.

It appears that you get more press mileage from beheadings.

I guess we all instinctively know this, but it's worth stating out loud. And blogs are just as guilty there, by the way. And of course, a beheading is more graphic and disturbing because it's so uncommon. That's the whole object, to disturb us and freak us out.

But we should remember: the object is to frighten and divide us.

Yes, beheadings are disturbing and graphic. The people doing this don't seem to care if they die themselves or not, so what can we do? (I know I'll probably get slammed for this by someone, but hey, it's expected :) ) Since they don't care if they die themselves, we can turn the tables on them. Put some ultimatums right back in their faces. Tell them "ok, everytime you behead a hostage, we retaliate by dumping pig blood over your entire city." Nobody dies, but they would rather die than have pork blood sprayed all over their homes and city. Load up those firefighting helicopters with pig parts and let 'em fly. Then say "hey, people, I know you're pissed don't blame us...find the bastards that beheaded that hostage and blame them...they knew the consequences... "

I know it's not politically correct, and I do feel bad for the people over there that aren't a part of this, but I feel worse for the families that have to deal with their beheaded father/husband.

Netcujo:

That is an excellent suggestion. I have been advocating the use of pig parts ever since 9/11/2001.

So, did you all notice the other day what language that poor guy from South Korea gave his desperate plea in?

It certainly wasn't Korean - was it. He was likely *made* to do it in English by the terrorists.

Strictly for our consumption.

What subhuman creatures these things are.

They're The Religion of Peace. We must obey them.
