What we have found is that having large US ground forces in foreign countries causes two things:

1. Resentment on the part of the host population and

2. Strategic infantilism on the part of the host nation.

Its time for Europe, Japan and South Korea to take charge of their own strategic military needs - right now, with US troops in country, they have developed an attitude that they can do whatever they like and we'll still be there for them at crunch time (this is especially true of South Korea). Moving our forces back home, aside from providing us with more projectable force for genuine emergencies, will force our allies to think like adults about matters military.

I don't worry about US disengagement...and it should take hundreds of thousands of US troops to make the allies feel sure we'll be there for them. We'd come to the assistence of our allies at need, even if we hadn't a troop in country when the balloon goes up.

Both Communist-controlled "Fascist-Rightist-Nationalist" Russia, and still-Communist China, are now intensifying their military procurement and modernization efforts at rapidly-deployable, NUCLEARIZED, AIRBORNE- and NAVAL/SUBMARINE-CENTRIC OFFENSIVE and MILOG FORCES, read HIDE FROM AMERICAN SATELLITES, as well as PRE-STRIKE, INFILTRATIVE CONVENYIONAL-NONCONVENTIONAL COMMANDO FORCES. If PRAVDA and other sources are any measure, Russian scientists and explorers are looking at scientifically justifying Russian efforts or claims on the high ARTIC, while China is being PC by overtly focusing on the ANTARTIC whilst its strategic direction is also altered towards the ARTIC - in fact, a strong argument can be made that Russia's and China's recent attempts to reorganize their REGIONAL-NATIONAL PROVINCIAL SYSTEMS INTO SMALLER ORG ENTITIES IS A DISGUISED ATTEMPT TO ENHANCE WAR-RELATED CENTRAL PARTY/MILITARIZED CONTROLS AND NATIONAL MOBILIZATION BEFORE THE POTENTIAL OF WAR AGAINST AMERICA IS PUBLICLY ACKNOWLEDGED! Remember one thing, the Clintons and their cabal are covertly, and ultimately, for a Communist America, specifically a Communist America that is ruled from Asia. i.e. Russia-China, via UN-based Global Government/OWG - any American, Euro, or Westernist - yes, even Radical Islamist - whom believes the Clintons are for America, American-style Socialism/Communism, or their own State- or org-specific interests or agendas, IS NAIVELY AND PATHETICALLY MISTAKEN!
