According to Snopes, it looks to be a hoax. I knew it had to be.

Before looking at Snopes I just knew it was bullshit...someone trying to make an absurd point about religion.

If this were true can you imagine the classes - - Now Susie that is your husband's penis - - can you say penis? *heh*

Now, after all these years, I know why those guys lost both world wars.

I've heard of cases in Yemen where a recently married person (aged 12 or so) did not know anything at all about sex and was quite traumatized. These people are always female. The guys all seem to know somehow.
These are considered rare cases. Seems it's more common for the wife to be under the impression that the baby comes out the knee :)

It's possible that a very religious person might not be informed about sex BECAUSE everybody knows about it today, so the parents neglect to tell the children about it.
But in GERMANY??!
