Ah, such irony. Last month there was some "special" about the Porn industry on PBS, and they were going on and on about how superior and high-class they were.

Uh-huh.

The reason this is big news is because the porn industry has in fact kept AIDS pretty well under control. As you can see, they are prepared to shut down production entirely for two months whenever one of their performers tests positive, and they are all required to be tested regularly. Since 1998, only nine performers have tested positive. That's ridiculously low for a group of people who engage in such risky behavior.
