Republican Pigs Never Fly ...(Rosemary, the QOAE)

Some anti-Bush obsessives have taken exception to Juliette's query:

One wonders whether the Congressional Black Caucus--the "Conscience of the Congress"-- will publicly (or privately) stand in Dr. Rice’ corner. Hey, God is a god of miracles.

Apparantly, the CBC only stands up for the "voiceless" blacks. So they will never defend Condi Rice, as one Bush basher puts it: "Condoleeza Rice? Voiceless? When pigs fly."

I agree with Señor Bush Basher. Besides the CBC has their hands full with the "slightly black & voiceless" accused child-molesting King of Pop.

What are the Demonrats gonna do when Cheny decides to not join the ticket and Condi replaces him? There goes the female vote. Probably the black vote too. Well, you still have the wacko greenies, both of them. Oh, wait Nader has them in pocket. That leaves Redneck union voters and the gay block(heads). Talk about strange bedfellows. A Queer eye for the straight guy? Or maybe 'Steers and queers'. Regardless, not many votes there. Oh, I'm forgetting the 4.5 % unemployeed. But they are losers anyway, otherwise they would be working. So they should feel right at home. That is if there is a Demonratic party left after Hillery's lap dog, Terry McMoron gets done leading them to the worst defeat in American political history. Terry is so stupid that sometimes I wonder how much truth there is to the jokes about him being on Rove's patroll. Take this latest gambit, the Hearing. You don't put your plns out in Cyber Space for the world to see and then expect to suprise people withthem. Or at least you don't if your IQ is above room temperature. Kerry has been losing 3 points a week while the hearing grinds it way down the road to...? Meanwhile, the moroners can't figure out why the Busdhies are stretching out the hearing as long as they can. Clark is a ass kissing back stabbing low life. Everybody in America knows a Clark. And hate the type. Stealing credit for the good work and shoving off blame for the bad. The longer this farce of a hearing plays on the more the american people identify Clark with the Demonrats. Now Rove has to establish Condi in peoples mind as the voice of the Republic(cans). Talk about a slam dunk. Clark vs Condi? Condi vs Clark? Please don't throw me in that Briar patch!

The chance of Cheney voluntarily giving up his role of intefererer-in-chief are rather slim ableiter. It would be interesting, though, to see how deeply the AA vote is aligned with the Democratic party. I'd guess Condi wouldn't change things around too much, but what the hell do I know.

If Bush wins this election, it could set up the wildest presidential campaign of all time for 2008. Can you imagine Condi versus Hillary?

Dean: You wanted to be a Blog4Bush, that's the result.

ableiter:
If you insist on posting in the most scathing and rancorous terms, at least spell the names right. Otherwise you look more ignorant and inbred than you already are.

That's ClarkE with an E.

Read a book or something on occasion. Might I suggest "Against All Enemies."

Mark,

I know that I'm ballsy and everything but I haven't had a sex change or a name change yet.
I always put my name in parenthesis to avoid confusion, perhaps YOU should try reading for comprehension.

Lucy, try on Ford vs Condi for size (will he be old enough.....??)

Posted by Max M on March 31, 2004 at 11:59 AM

He'll be 35, in 2005. So yes, he'll be old enough.

Posted by Rosemary the Queen of All Evil on March 31, 2004 at 12:00 PM

But will Hillary let him play? I don't think so.

Yep, as a conspiracy freak, I kinda think that the Clintons set up the Democratic party to fail in this election so that Hillary won't face an incumbant in 2008.

Thankss for the link, QOAE. I couldn't resist a little derisive laughter at Ara over at his site.

I'm sorry, Ara.

Just because it's funny don't mean it ain't true.

I'm just saying.

Thanks for the link, Rosemary. :)

So the CBC is going to have a meeting with Michael Jackson to discuss world affairs? Did I really read that right? Michael Jackson? On world affairs?? Clearly my brain is refusing to comprehend such a thing. Could they think up any thing to marginalize themselves more than this?

Mark: re Rosemary's 1158 comment-

"Ouch"

Pain is good- it is part of our survival mechanism, and should always be heeded.

I won't hold my breath waiting for the CBC to bring up Sudan, Saudi Arabia or other places where Muslims enslave and murder non-Muslim (and sometimes even Muslim) blacks.

A handful of golf course exclusions in the US are more threatening than Rwandan genocides, I guess.

ableiter:

You betray your lack of respect for women and blacks in believing they would somehow lock-step switch to Bush if Rice were the VP candidate. No woman I know—black or white—would do so because of race or gender, nor would any black man.

OTOH, you might want to be careful about what you wish for. How many rednecks would desert Bush under your scenario?

Posted by lost in rhetoric on March 31, 2004 at 9:48 PM

Lost in Space,

That was the most ass backward comment I have ever read. You berate someone for their treatment of women and blacks and then you insult and degrade southern white men. Can you say hypocrite? I know you can.

OTOH, you might want to be careful about what you wish for. How many rednecks would desert Bush under your scenario?

Not one. Not a single one. This has been proven over and over. White men will vote for a black republican - in the South and North. Race is not an issue where ideology is concerned.

Rick,

You're right. My hope for Arabs and Islam is that bringing them democracy will give them the same opportunities for cultural significance and pride as it gave Japan.

Yours,
Wince
