Politically Incorrect Lyric of the Week

Complete the refrain to this un-PC but genuine three-chord glory:

Now ev'ry cheap hood strikes a bargain with the world
Ends of makin' payments on a sofa or a girl
Love and hate tattooed across the knuckles of his hands
Hands that slap his kids around, 'cuz they don't understand
How...
What a great band, eh?

(Hey! You! No fair Googling it!)

Great band. That song is from a terrific collection of said band's songs. (don't want to give it away so soon).

Top-notch stuff. Absolutely terrific box set, "The ..... .. .....way." Love to scare my kids with it. But it's weird that Joe is dead.

Death or glory
Becomes just another story
Death or glory
Becomes... just another story.

No Google involved. Pure memory.

didn't Robert Mitchum have LOVE and HATE tattooed on his knuckles in Night of the Hunter? He'd tell the story about Mr Love and Mr Hate...which were his inner demons..

great flick

great band. the opening chords to their double album's title song gets me going every time.
they make all these wanna be bands sound even lamer than they are. Bruce, Declan and Miami did the band right on the Grammys a couple of years ago.

On the to-do list, after learning Photoshop, is the image of two hands, with "LIKE" and "DISLIKE" tattooed on the knuckles.
