Burdens

My problems. The truth of the matter is that they're so very small, I feel ashamed at times that I ever feel sorry for myself.

I have so much to be thankful for, it's amazing.

Dean, never be afraid to hurt. For pain that is belittled is pain that will have its revenge.

ashamed? syn. dashed, rueful, contrite, hesitant, floundering, sputtering, stuttering, perplexed, red-faced, looking silly...you mean you feel the same things we all do at times?

feel sorry for myself? the inner child, you mean it's not good to ever have those child like qualities?

Hey Dean, you're fine.

Pain is not a competition. Yours isn't devalued by the fact someone else's is greater.

Dean. Don't feel ashamed - we ALL have problems that are OUR problems, big or little!

But if someone else's larger ones make you appreciate that yours can be dealt with - or at least accepted... then take that from it.

It works for me. At least, some days *_*

I'm better off than about 99.99% of all the people who have ever lived.

I don't apologize for that, but neither can I complain all that much either as far as my own situation is concerned. Just enjoy and say "God* Bless America" and keep her free.

*or Gods and Goddesses, whichever you prefer
