Quote of the Day

If you happen to be one of the fretful minority who can do creative work, never force an idea; you'll abort it if you do. Be patient and you'll give birth to it when the time is ripe. Learn to wait. --Lazarus Long.

There is a great deal of truth to this statement, but I must add Esmay's Corrolary:

If you are working on an artistic endeavor, you may find yourself dithering forever if you cannot commit.

"If you are working on an artistic endeavor, you may find yourself dithering forever if you cannot commit."

But a job at Starbucks awaits you in the near future.

In other words, Dean is telling me: Lazy bum, get to work. I must indeed!

Writers write, Steven. ;-)

"Writing is not necessarily something to be ashamed of, but do it in private and wash your hands afterwards."

--Robert Heinlein

Could this be linked to the writing style crossover? You haven't been washing your hands have you?
