The Scarey Feds

My friends Kyle and Joel both forwarded this story about Big Brother to me.

I have a lot of things I could say about it. Some of them good, some of them bad. But for now, I'll just link it and allow you to decide what to think.

I may have more to say later.

I suspect Utah is going to learn the same lesson East Germany did, keeping tabs on everybody is expensive. Bloody expensive. Once Utah goes broke we can unite her with Nevada, thus forcing the hardcore Mormons to become refugees and so effectively...

Brain fart, never mind. I was having a flashback to my posting about the coming death of the Palestinian people.

Anyway, if you do find out that the government is monitoring you, give 'em a good reason to worry. Talk politics, but use Elvish.

Better yet (now that I think about it), Tsolyani. It looks like Arabic, but it's not.

Ever see Klingon written in the Elvish alphabet? Heh!

Two things: 1. C'mon, it's Utah. What are they going to do? Keep tabs on Zebadiah and his five wives? and 2. Don't most pilot programs, (much like television pilots) get canned because they are simply a bad execution of an even worse idea?

The Supreme Court would cream his program like sweet winter corn.

Good to know the Feds in Utah have this new assignment. Maybe wth them concentrating on all the wives and learning a new language,...uuh-Elvish we will be able to sleep at night.

I do not think Elvis was last seen in Utah.

You guys crack me up!

P.S. to Alan K -- "coming death of the Palestinian people?" What the fuck are you talking about?

Ara, any oppressed people, especially when oppressed by their own leaders, will eventually decline and fail. Witness Russia and North Korea. There are worse things than extinction.
