Back

We're back. A little later than we thought, but we're back.

Being stuck using a dialup connection that costs about 60 cents a minute really puts a cramp on internet usage. I think at one point my wife almost killed me, I got into such a frenzy trying to get online.

One hell of a party though. New Year's Eve + Wedding Reception in one gig, at a museum in Grand Rapids. I also got to visit the Gerald Ford museum. It was much more interesting than you might think.

I loved the Gerald Ford Museum! It was almost as much fun as the Pencil Sharpening Hall-of- Fame. You can literally smell the sweat in his Michigan Wolverine leather helmet. We thought we saw wax statue of the former president, but we realized it was actually him standing there!

Glad you had fun. I want a picture of the shoes.

Yours,

Hopefully you didn't KILL anyone on the drive home (lol). Seriously, happy new year guys, look forward to my second year in Dean's World; last year was indeed a wild and educational ride.
Keep on blogging.

I've ruined more than one vacation that way.

I like Gerald Ford very much. I think he was a very good President and that he should have been re-elected in 1976. He is now in the Republican Unity Coalition which is fighting anti-homosexualism within the Republican Party.

Gary,

Health Alert! When she actually slips over the edge and kills you, it will be the last vacation you'll ever ruin.

Take care,
Wince

Steven,

Not to nitpick, but Ford couldn't be re-elected since he was never elected in the first place. He couldn't win anymore that Gore could have - it was the Dems' turn, just as it is Bush's turn now. In 2008, I predict that a Dem will win. Twenty bucks says I'm right. (current dollars)
