I read it. It was a good statement on Virginia's part and a totally appropriate response from the "combined editorial staff" (which comprises God knows how many or how few). But I'm with them all the way. As for Virginia's professors? Maybe the taxpayers ought to change the way tenure is handed out and for how long it should apply.
Anyway, I hope she will go on to make sure Virginia VIII, IX, X, XI, et al, shall enjoy the liberties and opportunities of the United States unto eternity.
