I imagine many folks get a kick out of that song. I can't think of which movie it came from but I see the dancers in my mind. It is sure a catchy tune and so lively, good for the times!
Gus Kahn wrote the lyrics in 1925, although I see a Walter Donaldson credited for the music. The only film of that title that I know of was a 1949 flick with Donald O'Connor, one of the great old time Hollywood hoofers.
