Looks like Arnold's had his first major legislative victory in California. Not bad for a rookie. But some commentators dissent.

You are correct, it is a major victory and some commentators do dissent.
What I found interesting was that all the "no" votes (against the plan) came from Senate Republicans.
Not bad at all. Good for the Governator! In a way, I wish I was still down there so I could have voted for him.
