Well I thought before that it was a party or something at someone's house. And then I read the article in that link and I thought it had something to do with sending in pictures. And then all of a sudden it just starts talking about stuff people wrote, like normal weblogs do every day so I thought maybe one entry ended and another began without any visual division...
What is the Carnival of the Vanities? People send in articles or something?
I'm often surprised when people ask this question, since they could just read the Carnival and find out. ;-)
But yes, it's a weekly roundup of blog postings, and if you have something good you can submit it to whoever's hosting the next Carnival.
