So, let me get this straight...
A Silicon Valley Computer Programmer does not know how to remove Pop Up ads from his computer?
I could understand a problem like this effecting a non computer literate person. But a computer programmer?

Well, a -programmer-, it's understandable. Programming does not systems technician material make.
They say if programs were written in English, no programmer would be able to write English. Or something to that effect.
I'm just thankful for Privoxy and SpamAssassin.
Uh. No wait. A computer -Programmer- wrote the Pop Up software, to run on a program (IE & Windows) that other programmers wrote. A technician should handle all the technical stuff, like hardware. A programmer should be able to handle the software.
