Bear-Flagger Quiz
The folks at KQED and WBUR in California have come up with a neat quiz for recall voters. Basically, they take each candidate's stated position on a variety of topics, but don't tell you which candidate said it. You answer which ones you feel most closely line up with your beliefs, and when you finish, they let you know how you match up with the candidates.
Pretty clever, and potentially useful if you're going to be voting in the recall election.
What a great idea! I hope this sort of thing catches on - it'd be really useful for the Democratic primaries. My results:
Arnie - 7 (Budget, Prop54, Economy, Abortion, Crime, Energy, Immigration)
Bustamante - 1 (Same-Sex Couples)
McClintock - (Health Care, Labor, Education, Environment)
Sounds about right.
No big surprise for me, either.
Apparently I line up with Arnold for abortion, same-sex couples, and crime/criminal justice. The other nine (of twelve) issues I align with McClintock.
That sounds about right. :)
All that work?
Eeney, meeney, minie, moe.....
Tell me Arnie it ain't so.
