That wasn't bad, but Lileks just plain eviscerated OReilly with one short sentence.
The minute you act as though you've earned the listeners' ears, you start to lose them. But we'll get to Bill O'Reilly in a moment.
If O'Reilly really did post this stuff, then he really has turned into a pompous ass. I enjoyed O'Reilly originally. He appears to get more obnoxious the wealthier and more famous he gets.
O'Reilly is Butthead. That would make the "Bushenstein Democrats"... Beavis!

I still like to listed to the radio factor on my way home although Bill's arrogance and his willingness to say "AW come on" when he is losing an argument is wearing thin.
Recently he talked as if the hydrogen car in 10 years was a done deal. As an engineer who has read some on this technology, he has not idea what he is saying. There are still may obstacles to mass use of hyrdrogen cars, technical, enviromental, and economic. So much for his vaunted research stall.
