Time to Lean On the Saud Family
The Bush administration no longer has an excuse to be putting off dealing with American women being held captive in Saudi Arabia. Saddam is taken care of. Our delicate relationship with the Sauds no longer needs to be quite so delicate.
So now what's the excuse? Bigger issues on the table? Perhaps. If so, I want to know what they are.
Iran?
Syria?
Americans are being held against their will in a foreign country. A country known to have given birth to terrorists.
Threatening Saudi Arabia before taking out Iraq would have been very dangerous. But now?
It's time to turn up the heat.
France?
The billions of Saudi dollars embedded in our banking system?
Asset siezure?
Canada!
They are not our friends.
