Green Tea

Well. It appears that the alternative medicine folks can chalk up another one for their side: green tea is really, really good for you, apparently.

Of course, we won't mention all the stupidity in the alternative health field. But that's what you get when you play on the fringes of science: nuggets of gold hidden in piles of junk.

Green tea?

How many crayons does that take?

Eeeuww!

Black coffee for me, every time, thank you.

Heh. Why not both?

Green tea's actually pretty good. Especially with just a touch of suger, not too much.

Very popular in Japan.

I like it hot with a teaspoon of sugar. It's pretty much replaced beer as my nightcap.

I love green tea. Tastes good, and gets my BP down, too.

The article talks about how good it is for your skin. So in addition to drinking it (2-3 cups a day) I shall also wash my face in it. Hey, can't be any stranger than some of the ingredients I've noticed showing up in cosmetics lately...

I prefer PQ Tips tea thank you very much. Green tea tends to be a bit weak and limp for my hearty tastes.

I love to drink green tea, however as compared to oolong and Jasmine tea, i still think that the latter two are more tasty.

I also realise that green tea helps in boosting one stamina especially before a drink before my run. Somehow i feel like flying everytime i have my tea before i go to the field or the track.

cheers

Green tea is my new addiction.... I absolutely love it! It not only tastes good (especially the chai green tea and the ginger lemon green tea) but it helps me clear my mind when I'm stressed out. Also, the low amount of caffiene gives me a little perk when I need it!
