I posted a comment in the other thread, too, and since I like the sound of my own voice, I'll repeat the sentiment here.
I'd be more than happy to help with the HTML end of things. If there's any graphic work to be done, I am a poor choice for that. (Very poor.)
I'd volunteer but I won't be of any use. I know a bit (very little) of HTML and even less about MT. And that's the extent of my knowledge on any sort of programming languages, etc.
If there's any other way I can help, let me know.
