Quote of the Week

I think war is based in greed and there are huge karmic retributions that will follow. I think war is never the answer to solving any problems. The best way to solve problems is to not have enemies. -- Sheryl Crow, at the American Music Awards.
I suddenly have this image of George W. Bush and Bill Clinton getting drunk and singing "Sweet Adeline" with Saddam Hussein, Kim Jong Il, and Slobodan Milosovich.

(Tell it to the city fathers of Carthage, darlin'. Or, if one isn't handy, try asking a holocaust survivor. And thanks for your wisdom. Singers are smart people.)

She is right, though, ask any mob boss...

See, if we just slaughter any who would be our enemies, (such as the afore mentioned dictators) we would have solved many of our problems...

Indeed, if we slaughter them properly, we might call it “assassination”, not “war”. Instaregimechange!

Two things....

1. It's Sheryl, not Cheryl.

2. She's totally HOT, no need for her to be smart.
