Random Question

Am I the only one who's begun to suspect, especially in light of last week's unflinchingly honest message to Arafat and his supporters from the Bush administration, that we're a hairs-breadth away from total war in the Middle East?

I don't mean Israel vs. the Arabs either. I see a real invasion of Iraq looming, and half the Arabian peninsula erupting into war (internal and external) in response.

I'm quite serious. I begin to suspect total war is just around the corner. Strangely, most of America seems in a weird lull. Am I the only one who sees us as being very, very close to a Great War-level of fighting?

Dean, I start everyday with a prayer for my entire family and our country.
I believe what is going on in the mid-east is only the beginning of what is going to happen here in the United States.
It drives me crazy how the news is telling us some Al Quada MAYBE here. My God people, wake up! They are here & just waiting for orders from their almighty, whom ever he/she is. But it is coming.
I have stocked up on water, food & this wk. plan to get medication ordered so I have a supply of my needed ones.
Anyone not heeding what is going on in the middle east is self consumed & not being alert. We are told to be alert but are we taking the time to do as the Amish & Quaker folks to be prepared. I say it should be said- BE ALERT & PREPARED
You are not alone in your thoughts Dean...
