Speaking of Pseudoscience

The Atalanta Journal-Constitution has an interesting article about widespread belief in pseudoscience by Americans. According to the National Science Foundation, about 70 percent of adults do not understand the scientific process, and anywhere from a third to half of Americans believe in things like telekenesis, visits from space aliens, and are opposed to using genetic modification on farm animals, even to create life-saving drugs. Depressing.
