Obama/Clinton Unity
The Clinton and Obama forces staged an important event yesterday.
I honestly don’t think that anything less than offering her the Veep slot is going to take the sour taste out of many of her supporters’ mouths, but I don’t know how much bending over to make them happy is necessary for Obama to win anyway.

I’d be VERY surprised if he offers her the veep position for various reasons. But mainly if he is truly about change, a Clinton on the ticket undermines that positioning. Secondly, that would be one hell of a continuous power struggle.
I needed a good chuckle this morning, and got one from this article in England:

Look, Hillary, Bill and Obama generally AGREE on what they think is the best prescription for America.
I find it humorous to watch this titanic struggle over power, not ideas.

I’m still a little surprised he hasn’t offered her the job, and I would not be a bit shocked if there is a sudden shocker at the convention where he announces he’s going in her, working a head fake until then.
Having that team on their side would bring a lot of advantages.
